Senator Sharp, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 100                    
An Act relating to grant authority for services for developmentally            
delayed or disabled children and their families.  Without objection,           
the bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
